If you are an employee in one of the units under the Office of Research and Partnerships (ORP), please contact your direct supervisor to initiate the application/extension process with them. They will contact us to coordinate the process.
If you are a supervisor or business unit under the Office of Research and Partnerships (ORP) , please contact us immediately at HR-ORP@arizona.edu if you are in need of assistance with a visa application or extension for one of your employees as the process can be lengthy depending on the type of visa involved. The HR team will facilitate the submission of the request to the Office of International Faculty and Scholars.
