02/01/2024: Following the Financial Action Plan, there is a hold on non grant funded additional compensation. If you have a need in this area, please reach out to RII Employee Services in advance to discuss your request.
In addition to regular base pay there are a variety of Other Compensation options available for short-term work or one-time pay. These may include:
- Supplemental Compensation
- Other Professional Services
- Stipends
Please work with your Account Manager to determine which option best meets your needs. Your Account Manager will contact Research, Innovation & Impact's Employee Services to facilitate the payment process.
